Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English or Fluent in Japanese (Minimum N2 level).
  • Bachelor degree or similar academic background (Essential).
  • Basic computer skill such as Word, Excel and power point (Essential).
  • Having a basic knowledge on tax or accounting (Essential).
  • Any related work experience or academic background is preferable.
  • Willing to work at Nay Pyi Taw Region.
  • Food and accommodation will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accounting Tasks
  • Daily transaction of cash and bank transfer
  • Payment settlement
  • Management of all evidence of cash flow including bank account
  • Collection and keeping all payment evidence and tax invoice in accordance with the Company instructions and the related laws
  • Calculation and payment of personal income tax and the related social insurance
  • Calculation and payment of corporate income tax, personal income tax, commercial tax and the other taxes in accordance with the related law
  • Preparation of daily cash report, monthly accounting book and annual accounting report
  • Control and secure check book and cash
  • Investigation of laws related to tax

Administration Tasks

  • Liaison work among the Project Office, the HQs, clients (ADB/Ministry of Construction) and Project team
  • Arrangement of air ticket, transportation, accommodation, VISA and immigration procedures
  • Keeping a good condition of work space
  • Management of vehicles, office equipment and office stationeries
  • Preparation and storage of contract documents and employment agreements
  • Preparation of office internal regulations and circulars
  • Translation (Myanmar⇔English or Japanese) of letters and documents
  • Preparation of letters in English
  • Arrangement of appointments and meetings
  • Photocopy and binding
  • Delivery of documents and others

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
