Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate (or) LCCI III (UK), CPA or ACCA preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years above experience in relevant field
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as Income & Expenditure, and other transactions
  • Knowledge on financial software application, Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, Email and internet.
  • Excellent communication skill and effective leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve, highly detail oriented
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis in addition to Financial Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and English are essential.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Job Descriptions

  • Monthly Salary
  • Need to solve customer complains
  • Checking daily petty cash receipts
  • Need to send some approval requests to MD and make the payment
  • Doing monthly Profit and loss , monthly report
  • Need to crosscheck some tasks of junior accountant
  • Need to do some taxation case
  • Need to check daily and monthly for payment received cash and bank
  • And others urgent things
  • Need to do fornightly meeting with MD
  • Need to make the cross check with sales team for sites by monthly
  • Need to make the cross check with schedulers for service frequencies by monthly
  • Need to check monthly bills and pay
  • Need to follow up the payment with customer by daily
  • Sometime need to go bank
  • Need to do necessary things when the new sites come up
  • Need to send monthly new sites, cancel sites, terminate sites list to MD and CEO
  • Need to adjust the prices with Operation Manager if some sites are not completed service
  • Need to send weekly outstanding report for Operation Manager
  • Need to check cash in hand by daily and need to send MD and CEO every Friday
  • Need to check and pay the regional expenses
  • Need to check together with procurement when the stock arrvied to office
  • Need to send monthly invoices to customer with email, viber and delivery


Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
