Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Myanmar and English.
  • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email and MS Office.
  • Good analytical, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and team works.

Job Descriptions

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep up to date office assets list and stock purchasing.
  • Enquire quotation for office equipment and furniture and purchase as require.
  • Support necessary arrangement for office vehicles such as changing ownership, car license
    renewal for all office vehicles and others related things.
  • Record, check and purchase of the stationary for office.
  • Support purchasing for necessary things for Parami house (MD’s residence) once a month or
    as require.
  • Dealing with government offices such as YESC, YCDC, Myanmar Post and Telecom for bill
    payments and etc.
  • Perform purchasing process for mobile phone handset, SIM card and prepaid card for office
    and keep up to date information.
  • Inquiry quotation from contractors, checking onsite condition for necessary repairs for office
    as require.
  • Organize travel arrangements for travelling persons and Drivers.
  • To arrange office vehicle usage and check vehicle route by daily.
  • To check Travel Allowance (TA) with effective procedure and get approval from effective Head
    of Department.
  • To check TA accordingly and send correct information to HR Department.
  • To record and check Fuel Conception by each Vehicle.
  • Perform duties assigned by Head of Department as require.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
