  • Bachelor’s Degree holder and must have above 3 years of proven working experience in a related position
  • Age above 30 and Proficient in using Internet & Email and MS Office.
  • Able to communicate in the English language
  • Physical strength and the ability to work or stand for long terms.

Job Description

  • Control Office Building renovations or refurbishments and Vehicles.
  • Control for Vehicle and generator fuel usage
  • Control fixed asset management and arrange procurements.
  • Provide logistical requirements and evaluate maintenance support for all branches.
  • Manage payments for bills and invoices
  • Manage and maintain all vehicle repair process
  • Supervise the compound cleaning and enjoyable environment.
  • Office vehicle licenses are renewed yearly.
  • Check daily administrative tasks assigned to Security, Cleaner, and Driver
  • Arrange staff ferry and daily car use.
  • Control of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
  • Take responsibility for all keys that all doors access.
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager and Assistant Manager

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
