Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
  • Able to use Microsoft Office
  • Chinese 4 skills
  • Has knowledge of pay & bonuses calculations
  • Has motivation to learn inventory system
  • Ability to monitor inventory movement & check quantity & report to management
  • Must be a driving license holder

Job Descriptions

  • In charge of any HR & Admin related duties
  • General office management, such as purchasing stationary
  • Arrange external and internal events if any
  • Prepare meeting minutes where necessary
  • Prepare contract for new hiring
  • Calculate monthly pay & bonuses
  • Purchase Inventory
  • Monitor Inventory Movement (Stock in & Stock out)
  • Support management when necessary


Working Hours: (10) hours per day
Holidays: 2 day per one months
