Job Descriptions

  • Assist superior leaders to implement the company’s salary management related systems, and release rewards and punishments in a timely manner;
  • Responsible for the calculation and distribution of the company’s salary, incentives and bonus forms; Check the staff’s attendance and leave status, and calculate the salary data to ensure that the salary is paid accurately on schedule;
  • Responsible for the statistics, base verification and payment of various social insurance of employees; Assist the salary supervisor to carry out salary strategy projects such as annual salary adjustment, annual benchmarking, business department salary strategy combing, etc.;
  • Assist superior leaders to implement the relevant system of company recruitment management, and release recruitment matters in a timely manner;
  • Responsible for the transactional work of recruitment and appointment, including publishing recruitment information, collecting effective resumes, summarizing candidates’ information, notifying interviewers, tracking and counting the entry status, etc.
  • Collect and file the entry, resignation, transfer, promotion, demotion, resignation, and dismissal procedures of all employees;
  • Responsible for input, export, maintenance and statistics of various information data in the HR management system;
  • Collect, save and manage all the files and data of all employees during their employment and within 2 years of leaving;
  • Complete the routine annual inspections of various personnel aspects on time, and receive irregular inspections from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Labor Supervision Bureau and other government departments
