Job Requirement

  • Must have over 5 years experience as Admin Manager.
  • Must have business level in English.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS office and excel.
  • Prefer to have Admin Manager experience in FMCG.
  • Any Graduate and dip in administration is preferred.
  • Able to manage and lead the team.

Job Description

  • Mainly responsible for administrative duties.
  • Developing, reviewing and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures.
  • Collecting, organizing and storing information using computer and filing systems.
  • To keep tasks on schedule and report update delegated tasks progress.
  • To coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day to day administrative and operational problems.
  • To manage responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders to replacement is needed.
  • To manage inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for vendors and submitting invoices and records in computer.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Supervise and organize other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
