- Must have over 5 years experience as Admin Manager.
- Must have business level in English.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS office and excel.
- Prefer to have Admin Manager experience in FMCG.
- Any Graduate and dip in administration is preferred.
- Able to manage and lead the team.
- Mainly responsible for administrative duties.
- Developing, reviewing and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures.
- Collecting, organizing and storing information using computer and filing systems.
- To keep tasks on schedule and report update delegated tasks progress.
- To coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day to day administrative and operational problems.
- To manage responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders to replacement is needed.
- To manage inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for vendors and submitting invoices and records in computer.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Supervise and organize other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
