  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to
    streamline processes.
  • Assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency

Responsibility (Job Descriptions)

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Manage overall administrative functions at the factory
  • Train personnel and allocate responsibilities for Admin people and arrange office space for all
  • Monitor and review the administrative staff’s individual work done
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Monitor for General Workers’ management
  • Monitor and manage Dormitory control
  • Manage Security control
  • Monitor and Manage The whole compound of the factory and the dormitory
  • Manage the Factory Clinic operations and needs
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Participate in SHE activities
  • Manage ISO system implementation
  • Perform as assigned by Management

Working Relationship

  • Internal: Factory and All departments of the company
  • External: Suppliers for Office Stationery & Maintenance & other related

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate with any Major.
  • MBA is preferred
  • Dip in Administration, Certificated in Administration
  • Certificate in Microsoft Office, Internet & Email using
  • Minimum (5) years experience in Administration Management background in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Able to work in Administration and Government Relations Department
  • Report to Senior Manager of Admin and Government Relations Department
  • Supervise Admin Leads
  • Good communication in English 4 skills. 
  • Good communication skill
  • Good computer application skills
  • Good employee relationship skill
  • Good Personality, Good Hygiene & Grooming, Non-Smoker, Age should be 35-50
  • More preferred for a positive attitude, can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and obedient & Hardworking
  • Salary is 13 Lks or 18 Lks depending on experience.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
