Job Description

  • Manage Schedules and deadlines.
  • Manage Paper works.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Book meetings and schedule events.
  • Greeting visitors at reception.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • At least 1 year experience in related field.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must have Japanese level N4 or above.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work within rules and regulations.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn.

Working Hours: 9:00AM To 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (half), Sunday & Public Holidays
