- Any Graduate with certificate in office management course or equivalent.
- Age under 35 years old.
- Minimum 2 or 3 years experience in administrative field.
- Knowledge of office administrative procedures and practices is a must.
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), E-mail, Internet and Myanmar and English Typing.
- Able to work under pressures.
- Works closely with Admin Team on a daily basic.
- Communicates and maintains good relationship with other department in the company.
- Plans and schedules projects and ensuring timely completion.
- Provides general administrative support including but not limited to: phones, itineraries, agendas and preparing expense reports.
- Organizes and maintain files and records.
- Daily ferry and car arrangement, maintenance control.
- Create meeting agendas, notifications and follow up items.
- Ensures all hard and electronic copy filing of controlled documents are properly filed and archived.
- Preparation and collation of reports.
- Communicates with internal and external parties on matters related to admin/ office management activities.
- Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters independently.
- Control and handle company hostel.
- Ah Hock Duties assigned by management.
- Provides assistance to Admin Manager.
