Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of HR and financial principles is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, including receptionists, Engineering Department, and Factory workers.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations.
- Coordinate and oversee office events, meetings, and special projects.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.
- Monitor and control office budgets, including expenses and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance and leave records.
- Assist in recruitment efforts by participating in the hiring process.
- Handle employee inquiries and facilitate effective communication within the office.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
