Position Summary:

  • The organization is looking for an Advertising Manager that has strong traditional media background, fully understands advertising principles, and it’s responsible for all tasks related to supporting and assisting the traditional media team in the preparation of media research, proposals, plans, reporting, and analysis.
  • Good relationships with clients, connecting with key businesses, preparing sales reports, answering client queries, and identifying new business opportunities among existing clients.

  • Resolving client issues and complaints
  • Developing a complete understanding of client needs
  • Managing communications between clients and internal teams
  • Managing account team assigned to each client
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Negotiating contracts with clients and establishing a timeline of performance
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
  • Working with Creative teams, Account Management teams, Digital Teams, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs
  • Collaborating with the team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, and stakeholders, and for possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients

Job Requirements

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently and manage more than one client account
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Encouraging team and staff; able to mentor and lead
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • In-depth understanding of company clients and their position in the industry
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Three to four years of previous work experience in traditional media, management, key account management, or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Advanced computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts
  • Proven results in delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
