• Any Graduate.
• Must have HR Diploma or Certificate.
• At least 3 year experience in related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet).
• Excellent communication & team work skills.

Job Descriptions

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc).
• Prepare and arrange purchasing item for approval and ensure to receive in time.
• Organize and facilitate workflow to ensure a productive workplace.
• Maintain records and databases of employee information and company operations.
• Checking organize and maintain office and showroom areas.
• Handling stationary inventory control and Office Vehicle arrangement.
• Other admin work assigned by Department Head.
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR & Admin Manager functions and duties.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM To 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
