Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Diploma in HRM or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Admin & HR-related capacity and responsibility.
  • Good understanding of Jewelry Fields and its development.
  • Ready to comply and live up to and by the Jewelry’s Mission, culture, and Values
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) applications
  • Creative thinker with proven campaign experience.
  • Excellent communication skills. Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and administration.
  • Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data, and research quickly – and distill the most important/relevant information to inform unique and innovative new content and creation ideas

Job Descriptions

  • Develop Human Resources Strategy, including attracting talent and retention, staff planning, and skill and competency need assessment and planning.
  • Handle the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Submitting periodic records to regulatory and payroll processing.
  • Conducting and arranging on-the-job staff training.
  • Executive strategies related to talent management, HR Risk management, and performance management of the branches.
  • New Policy development to strengthen the capabilities of the staff.
  • Administrative Coordination with various departments, supervision of transportation, office cleaning, safety, and maintenance of premises.
  • Monitor the implementation of all safety and environmental protection procedures.
  • Maintenance of all equipment in the admin domain.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of related marketing and communication files and documents.
  • Other tasks assigned by Sr Manager & Manager.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
