Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree (preferable in marketing, communications, or a related field).
  • Proven (3) year-experience in branding, marketing, or advertising, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Proficient in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Support the development of company’s social media page, website, marketing campaigns, content writing, job posting, advertising materials, and promotional activities to drive brand recognition and customer engagement.
  • Help manage and maintain brand assets, ensuring their availability and accuracy for marketing and communication purposes.
  • Participate in reviewing and providing feedback on creative work to maintain consistency and quality standards. Management to create brand guidelines, including logo usage, color schemes, typography, and tone of voice.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks that could impact the brand.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure brand consistency in all communications and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand messaging and visual identity are effectively conveyed through design elements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding, design, and marketing.

Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday (alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
