Job Description
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures comply with legal requirements.
- Support in investigations related to compliance issues and employee grievances.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial screenings.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist in the selection process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Track employee progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Calculate and conduct monthly salary, SSB and income tax.
- Coordinate with finance department for payroll-related matters.
- Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, benefits regulations, and company policies.
- Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Handle employee relations matter in collaboration with HR Manager.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and managers.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee morale.
- Work with ISO auditors to provide documentation and evidence related to HR processes.
- Travel and audit to all branches quarterly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR role, including 2 years in similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday & public holidays
