Job Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Operation Manager
- Support the Manager to lead operation’s goals, objectives and budget to support the organizational goals and mission.
- Support the Manager to Involve in operational strategy implementation to reach to organizational goals.
- Support the Manager to evaluate new areas of service network expansion and participate in the set up process of branches.
- Responsible for reporting of special projects and contacting person if there are necessary.
- Asst; Manages day to day operational activities, planning and accountable for operational employees.
- Coordinates other activities with other supervisors or department heads
- Support the Manages and ensure operations system to compliance with a policy, high quality standard and procedures.
- Participates recruitment function for operation team.
- Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
- Organizes, plans, and implements inventory activity
- Builds and maintains a good relationship with key accounts, customers and all involving parties
- Must have competent IT skills and be aware and able to operate industry standard software used in Operations Management within the Courier industry.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
