Job Requirements
- ဘွဲ့တခုခုရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အဆောင်နေနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Bakery နှင့်ပတ်သက်သော Certification or Degree ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Leadership Role ဖြင့်အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၃နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) နှင့် Odoo Software or ERP များ ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Baking Techniques and recipes များ ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
- အစားအသောက် ဘေးကင်းရေးနှင့် သန့်ရှင်းရေးဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဥ်းများကို သိရှိနားလည်ရမည်။
- Communications and Interpersonal Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- လျို့ဝှက်ချက်များကို အထူးထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
- Time Management skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Baking ပိုင်းတွင် တီထွင်ဖန်းတီးနိုင်မှုစွမ်းရည် ရှိရမည်။
- High Pressure environment တွင် သွက်လက်တက်ကြွစွာ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Environmental Health & Safety Principles ကိုအသင့်အတင့် နားလည်ရမည်။
- Problem-solving skills အထူးကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
Working Hours: Eight hours per day (Shift Rotate)
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holiday
