Job Description
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Executing the approved plan, policy, SOP of Sales Department.
- Giving instruction, guidance, leading, motivation and work instruction to subordinate to work efficiently and effective so that reached the target which has been made.
- Plan and implement strategies to approach target clients via different promotion activities.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results weekly/monthly.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Find new market and build good relationship with customers.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Follow and make sure that Company’s policies and regulations must implement into Sales department
Job Specification
- Any graduate
- Have good knowledge about Sales and Marketing
- At least 7 years working experience in sales & distribution
- Prefer candidates with experience on clothing products
- Experience on Modern Trade, Mobile sales
- Strong command of Microsoft Office
- Familiar with or have knowledge in software
- Strong problem-solving skill and must have good attitude.
- Successful previous experience as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Salary range 700,000 MMK and above
- Other allowances can negotiable to accept challenges regarding with sales target and performance
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Two Days Per Month
