Position: Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager (M 2 Posts)

Job Requirements:
- Age Over (35) Years.
- BE/B.TECH/ AGTI (EP/MP)
- Strong experience in similar marketing role at least (5) years
- Having engineering knowledge or experience in machinery sales is preferred
- Able to perform Marketing concepts, staff management, customer relationship management, sales planning, competitive analysis, etc.
- Fluent in both Myanmar and English (written & spoken)
- Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft suites, Excel & Power Point
- Protect Organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Able to drive car (both manual & auto) having valid driving license
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement marketing sales plan and projecting to expend market shares.
- Provide Leadership, train and supervise sales team toward reaching the target and goal.
- Analysis potential industries, current market condition and competitor information
- Seek opportunity and develop projects by building and maintain good relationship with new and existing customer.
- Lead and monitor day to day activity of sales team
- Reporting to Directors and working together with Sales Team
