Job Descriptions
- Implement company policies, objectives, and vigilance to keep business records in order.
- Report to the department manager on time for building maintenance and other management issues such as generator, lighting, and MHE to run on time and promptly to improve fitness.
- WH Layout Plan should be set for easy and correct storage of goods in the warehouse and strict inspection should be carried out. Prevent the loss of products from the air, set up the storage form and work instructions.
- SAP and Excel lists are to be updated; to check closely for compliance with the ground balance list.
- Renting trucks for delivery of goods and to carry out recruitment of external workers.
- Prepare the Goods Issued & Delivery (SOP) and submit it to the department manager to ensure that the items sent to the customers arrive on time and are correct.
- Product In/Out/Balance Lists; to report Customer Properties, Old Stock List, and operational conditions to the department manager.
- To strictly manage the HSE related to the Warehouse. Dormitory staff food, and cooking rice to check the cleanliness inside/outside of the dormitory every day.
- Calculate the monthly/weekly estimated expenses and annual budget and submit it to the department manager.
- To hold a meeting within the department so that subordinates can follow the instructions from the meetings and improve employees’ health and workplace, discipline meetings for professional skills recommendations.
- Develop OKR & Competencies for each section, and employee, and update JD & JS for each employee once a year and submit to the department manager.
- To comply with the tasks assigned by the department manager promptly.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduated, Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management is Perfect.
- Over 3 Years of Experience in Warehouse Management.
- Knowledge of SOP & KPI.
- Must have Microsoft Office tools plus Advanced Excel.
- Strong People Management Skills.
- Must have Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Decision Making & Strong Leadership Skills, Reporting Skills, Time Management, Health & Safety Management, Interpersonal Skills, Conflict Management & Risk Management.
- Able to work multi-task and under pressure.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
