Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate. (Preferable Sales & Marketing diploma).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field.
  • English 4 skills (fluent).
  • Good in computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication in customer relationship and negotiation.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Able to work remotely and good at time management.
  • Natural ability to effectively communicate and sell would be a plus.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Job Description

  • Cold calling existing & potential customers to keep maintain current jobs and cross selling
    Products.
  • Arranging daily delivery plan and ways to customers by using PCN system.
  • Issuing Sales order and Delivery order for customers by using Accpac software.
  • Attending meetings with potentials customers to discuss about new design and improve
    Current FG design.
  • Attending color confirmation process of new FG design with customers.
  • Following and checking standard master card design with customers for production.
  • Creating the items code of new design by using Accpac software.
  • Making a new cylinder’s requisition form to proceed for production.
  • Building a sales connection to ensure a constant stream of sales.
  • Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager.
  • Progressing towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the Director.
  • Entering all required data for sales onto the company system.
  • Updating the PCN system, Accpac software & Excel file and inputting information on all
    Customers.
  • Checking invoices to handle for all overdue payments from customers.
  • Providing assistance to other members of the sales team.
  • Following up on leads generated by other departments.
  • Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
  • Reporting daily, weekly, monthly sales results to the Director and updating to sub office.
  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
  • Investigating and resolving queries from customers.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Handling and responding to high volumes of emails.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
