Job Requirements
- Must have graduated
- Must have a Management Diploma
- At least 3 years and more experience in management fields
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and multitasking skills
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements for the branch.
- Analyze financial records.
- Build and improve customer relationship management.
- Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
- Oversees all operational aspects including controlling the stock holding process, completing store administration and dealing with issues that arise from staff or customers.
- Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities. Bring out the best branch personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
