Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the administration, provide sales support, manage overall branch operations, and prepare monthly reports. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the branch, support the sales team, and drive operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Administrative Duties:
   – Manage and oversee all administrative functions within the branch.
   – Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
   – Maintain accurate and organized records of all branch activities.
   – Coordinate with the head office to align branch operations with company objectives.
2. Sales Support:
   – Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and sales processes.
   – Provide necessary resources and support to the sales team to achieve targets.
   – Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
   – Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Overall Management:
   – Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
   – Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to ensure high performance and productivity.
   – Handle customer issues and resolve them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
   – Develop and implement operational plans to meet business goals and objectives.
   – Ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
4. Monthly Reporting:
   – Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports on branch performance to the head office.
   – Analyze data and provide insights to improve branch operations and sales strategies.
   – Track key performance indicators and report on progress towards goals.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
– Ability to analyze data and create actionable business plans.
