Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good in English 4-skills.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the distribution industry.
- Diploma in sales and marketing management
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Leadership and human resources management skills and excellent organization skills
- Strong witten communication and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Travel may be required to other office locations
Job Description
- Asses local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
- Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
- Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productively and quality
- Manage the warehouse storage for inbound and outbound functions
- Manage the Branches transfer and Dealer’s issue with time delivery to transport gates
- Check the nearly expire stocks and inform to concern principle
- Maintain receiving warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing
- program, operational and policies and procedures.
- Oversee the transportation of goods from production to client.
- Manage, Plan and Schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
- Address customer requires and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinating drivers, vehicles load, journeys
- Effective liaison, support, and assistance between the tender process department and the rest of the organization
- Support all other departments with tender-related issues
- Assist in the development and preparation of the organization’s tender process strategy and general business planning
- Responsibility use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
Job Overview
- Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives
- Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for the team
- Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring the storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
