Responsibilities

  • Lead project team members and able to guide for technical needs.
  • Managing the software development lifecycle.
  • Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
  • Participate in offshore software development project and clarify system document with Japanese Manager in verbal as well as through email.
  • Creating innovative solutions to meet our company’s and client’s technical needs.
  • Able to write and understand system design documentation in Japanese language.
  • Solve customer complaint and well plan for improvement of system.
  • Provide training to developers according to project requirement condition.

Requirement

  • Japanese Language N2 and above.
  • 5 to 10 years of software development experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experience in communicating with Japanese language for technical documents clarification.
  • Proven project experiences in three of such languages (C# .NET, VB.NET, Java, PHP, Oracle, SQL, Node.Js, Ionic, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and also welcome language independent members.
  • Well handle with source control Git, SVN.
  • Have skills in deploy web, windows and publish mobile application are optional
  • Able to work with schedule and manage one or more projects according to situation.
  • Excellent coding skills and oversee the output of the members.
  • Willing to provide training and share knowledge to team members for the organization improvement.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields are required.
  • Salary Negotiated on depend experience.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
