Job Requirements
• Any degree or other qualifications related to the technical know-how work area will be considered.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience especially in Warehouse, Logistics, HR & Admin and business development related work etc.
• Must have Knowledge of business process and functions. (Warehouse, Logistics and HR & Admin Department)
• Must be able to manage, control and monitor.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and computer literate.
Job Descriptions
• Coordinating & supporting three department. (Warehouse, Logistics and HR/Admin)
• Responsibility for control and monitoring on budget.
• Handling important and urgent case.
• Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding organization goals.
• Assisting with GM to develop and implement plans for the projects.
• Responsibility for developing and implementing the organization’s operational strategy and the ownership.
• Develop processes and data systems to enable effective analysis, estimation and decision-making.
• Develop and inspire a team to implement the strategy and to achieve objectives and targets.
• Mentor staff to ensure personal and organizational development.
• Maintain the appropriate business control policies and procedures for the company.
• Coordinate and review annual business plan and quarterly forecast process for the company.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
