Responsibilities
- Daily , Monthly , Yearly Sales Report & Analysis
- Wholesale Sales Report
- Data Report for Item Sales During Promotions Periods
- Data Reports for Loyalty Point Application
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Matters related to Facebook Page
- Track issues related to Boost on Facebook Page
- Make to merchandising Plans using Planogram Software
- Helping when ordering items in the store
- Floor plan layouts are redrawn with Dimensions
- Matters related to Loyalty Application
- Solving issues that arise related to the application
- Issues related to Lucky Draw Coupon
- Track the number of coupons used
- Checking whether or not the Target is full/not full Coupon
- Any others duties assign by management
Job Specification
- Any bachelor’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Between old ( 20 – 30 years )
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in business analysis or a related field or IT field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Preferably have knowledge on Planogram software applications
- Advanced technical skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- A self-motivated, driven, flexible, quick learning, high achieving, “can do” mentality
- A good understanding of the business analysis concepts and techniques
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- An interest in, and understanding of, software techniques
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
