Job Requirement

  • Graduate from University or Diploma or equivalent working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree holder with Diploma in marketing, finance, CFA, business / Holding MBA will be an advantage.
  • At least 3 years experiences working in business role / Finance role/ MBA / BBA fresh graduated
  • Strong in problem – solving, critical thinking, analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Planning and Budgeting in finance
  • Knowledge of financial ratios of MFI or Financial Institution
  • Strong scanning data from financial report
  • Knowledge of financial tools and strong sense for finance
  • Good in English 4 skills
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet challenging targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Experience in B2B lead scoring , and lead management
  • Mastery of MS Office such as Word , Excel , Power Point (Must have extremely strong MS Excel expertise)
  • Able to travel to any City and attend conferences



  • To undertake governmental documentation process
  • Responsible for analysis used financial tools from financial reports, trends, and ratio
  • Be a thought leader and strategic thinker, always looking for ways to improve BDO reporting and analysis.
  • Support and assist for BD team in accomplishing company goals promptly
  • Organized about the documentation and data of clients
  • Remind to clients for their repayment date and report about monthly collection data
  • Assist to BD team for implementation processes of new branches and new projects
  • Reporting to BD Manager implementation progress or complete job activities
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Preparing documents for governmental application process and submit them
  • Monitoring update news from related government ministries
  • Analysis financial ratio
  • Performing data analysis from financial report
  • Updating monthly competitor data
  • Contact with branches, clients and government if necessary
  • Collect requirements documents from clients
  • Report about the monthly collection and loan outstanding
  • Performing required documentation for bank accounts
  • Assist to team the requirement data and documents if necessary
  • Other duty assign by Manager


Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
