Job Requirement
- Degree Holder and related certificate.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development in construction or Concrete Manufacturing industry.
- Good English written and verbal communication skill is a must.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Business Development and Tendering Experience with Corporations and government/private institutions is a must. Good understanding, analysis and preparation of tender.
- Good Digital Marketing & IT skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power point, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and maintain data.
Job Description
- Securing business opportunities on potential project; managing customized targeted sales strategies and business generation activities.
- Make engagement with potential customers, customer needs and decision-making structure and contacting them via digital marketing, email, phone, etc.
- Establishing report and set up meetings, Creating informative presentations and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
- Reviewing tender document with organization demand and participating in tenders submission working together with Engineering Teams and Project Management Team.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients and conducting market analysis.
- Liaising with government and private sectors to get desired projects.
- Travelling within Myanmar depending on job requirement.
- Preparing and submitting the permit for the clients.
Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate) and Sunday, Public Holidays.
Benefit: Ferry will be provided.
