Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Reasonable working experience in construction industry and/ or trading in/ or and foods
& beverages industry is required for this position - Meticulous, diligent, well-organized with good time-management abilities
3-5 years’ experiences in related field. - Self-motivated with high level of initiative and sense of urgency
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
- Friendly, pleasant, people-oriented and outgoing personality
- Able to work independently and adapt to fast paced work environment
- Good in Market Research & Analysis
- It can be challenging trying to create new business opportunities in addition to the constant pressure of meeting or exceeding targets. However, business development is quite a creative role and can be very satisfying
Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute the business plan, sales and marketing strategy including digital marketing
- Research and identify new business opportunities- including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services- or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Understand the needs of customer and be able to respond effectively with a plan
of how to meet these - Think strategically- seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Work strategically- carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
- Have a good understanding of the businesses products or services and be able to advise others about them
- Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization, and understand the need for change and what is required of them
- Liaise with the finance, warehouse & store, logistics and understand the need for change and what is required of them
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
- Create a sales pipeline and increase sales of the business
- Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers as necessarily
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings/presentation to Senior
Management - Handling all of reports weekly and monthly basis to Senior Management
- Performing administrative duties and completing paperwork
- Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization, and understand the need for change and what is requires of them
- Manage the employee and analyze their job descriptions and then reassign
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
