Summary Of Responsibility:
- Identify new business opportunities through developing existing and new business accounts.
- Maintain an active new business prospect listing to approach and present to the company.
- Undertake new business sales calls to win new business.
- Develop financial supporting data and process data for potential and existing business wins.
- Responsible for maintaining existing customers through regular sales visits.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- To have market data, connection, and business development program.
- To assist Management to meet the sales targets with good customer service
- To participate in bidding/project
- To get new potential customers and maintain existing customer
- Arrange cargos and return cargos daily
- Arrange meetings with customers and present company info and services
- Prepare quotation and required documents
- Making MOA and contract
- Reporting and documentation
- Invoicing and cash collection
- Road survey & research for projects
- Dealing with Vendor to get vendor pool
- Assign, advise and monitor the team to achieve the target on time
Ad-hoc Responsibilities
- Ad-hoc Business Extension projects given by top management
- Remarks: Duties are very dependent on the company and the particular Business Development Department sector to respond.
Qualifications & Relevant Experience:
- Any Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- Have experienced in FMCG, Electrical and Electronics, Consumer Goods Trading and Retail industry for our Business Development section.
- He/She had to have natural line network and more than 10 years experiences in mentioned industries as logistics working or sales.
- Computer software programs such as Microsoft office and Logistics system
- Good reading and writing ability in English language
- Good Personality, perfect communication, positive thinking and long-term work with company

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
