Job Requirements
- Any Graduate & LCCI Level II
- At Least 2years experience in related field.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be initiative with strong sense of responsibility and able to work long term
- Must be eager to learn and self-motivated.
Job Descriptions
- Receive payments and present change to customers.
- Payments are immediately entered into the payment system and collected by the cashier
at the completion of the meal. - Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations.
- Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.
- Fill orders, receive money, and carry out suggestive selling while managing all cash
issued and received during his/her shift. - Perform daily and weekly stock check of food, alcohol and other related supplies.
- Coordinate with storekeeper to ensure all stock balances are correct.
- Perform data entry (cashbook & inventory).
- Performing account reconciliation.
- Comply with company’s financial policies and regulations.
- Perform all other ad hoc duties requested by Bar Manager, Chief Accountant and CEO.
Server Related Work
- Take customer orders at the counter.
- Serve food items and beverages, and fill beverage cups.
- Serves each visitor respectfully, swiftly, and effectively with an honest, positive, friendly,
and exuberant attitude. - Make reservations for customers.
- Receive food checks from waiters or customers.
- Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours.
- Switch roles quickly between performing major restaurant tasks and attending to the
needs of customers.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
