Job Description
- Maintaining diaries, arranging the schedule and appointments
- Organizing and servicing meetings (publishing agendas and taking minutes)
- Preparing, disseminating, and handling correspondence, memos, and forms
- Coordinate the management team’s travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations.
- Translate when it is necessary for the company.
- Any tasks assigned by management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Any Bachelor Degrees
- Good Communication in Thai or Chinese Language and English 4 Skills.
- At least (3) years of related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking.
- Good communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Salary is 5Lks to 12Lks depending on experience.
- Able to work in Mandalay Region & Mandalay residents is preferable.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:10 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
