Job Description

  • Maintaining diaries, arranging the schedule and appointments
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (publishing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Preparing, disseminating, and handling correspondence, memos, and forms
  • Coordinate the management team’s travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations.
  • Translate when it is necessary for the company.
  • Any tasks assigned by management

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor Degrees
  • Good Communication in Thai or Chinese Language and English 4 Skills. 
  • At least (3) years of related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Multitasking.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Salary is 5Lks to 12Lks depending on experience.
  • Able to work in Mandalay Region & Mandalay residents is preferable.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:10 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
