Job Requirements
- Must have completed Bachelor Degree in Chemical (BE Chemical, Industrial Chemistry).
- At least 3years experience in related field.
- Must to know basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel and mathematical skills, ability to analyze date.
- Able to work independently without much supervision.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and team work.
- Must be able to communication skills and a strong command of written English.
- Must be able under pressure.
- Able to work in Hlaingthayar.
Job Descriptions
- Check and report to the Production manager the daily usage for the Lab equipment accessories.
- To clean for their area and their Lab equipment.
- To follow 5S system for control all Lab equipment accessories.
- To assist QC for all process.
- Before production, Check all raw material amount and check procedure step by step.
- To control market complain, If have, at least 5% for quality and color.
- Responsible for Quality testing for Wet and Dry properties of paint.
- Checking and adjusting the properties of paints.
- Responsible for color matching in water base paints.
- Test and analyze different shades knowledge of color shade mixing and matching the paint product for different applications.
- Handling new batches for mass production.
- Responsible for new color development.
- Responsible for internal calibration and maintenance of equipment.
- Time management and control the manpower.
- Reporting to Production Manager.
- Handling ERP software system for reporting.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisory personnel.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
