Job Description
- Develop and Maintain Internal Control, Policy, and Procedures and make sure to Effective Accounting System
- Establish Accounts & Finance Team to Ensure All Finance and Accounting Activities Comply with Financial Regulation
- Preparing Reports on Company Performance Including Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Analyses
- Reviewing Financial Statements and Reporting to Management in a Timely
- Preparing Financial Statement for External Reporting purposes such as Tax returns, Regulatory Filings, etc.
- Responsible for Day-by-Day Accounts & Finance Operations
- Develop and Maintain the Cost Accounting System, Process, Documents and Records of the Organization
- Help Management by Overseeing and Analyzing Cost Expenditure to make Recommendations about Cost-
- Efficient and Financially Feasible Cost Options
- Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for Financial Statements
- Analyze Manufacturing Costs by Process Base and Prepare Regular Reports Comparing Standard Costs to Actual Production Costs
- Recommending Changes to the Company’s Processes and Policies to Reduce Cost and Maximize Profit
Job Requirement
- CPA or Minimum Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ ACCA qualification.
- At least 3 years experience in handling financial and management accounting jobs of similar roles/positions.
- Related Acquiring Raw Materials, Manufacturing, and Selling Finished Goods knowledge is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work with shareholders at a joint venture company
- The ability to speak and read Chinese is a plus
- Expected to travel frequently to Namtu and position based in Yangon
- Salary may be above 15 L depending on a strong working environment & Qualification background.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
