Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Must possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA Part II.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to motivate the team and lead by example.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in management.
- Must be able to use ERP or any other accounting software.
- Verify and monitor all accounting transaction processed by the accountants in line with the internal control and SOP
- Monitor the project budget and report if have any discrepancy
- Arrange the tax payment to IRD in time (CT, IT, PAYE)
- Submit the tax returns to IRD in time
- Check the monthly payroll
- Make sure all receivable and payable balance appear at the Balance Sheet monthly basis
- Liase with the external body such as the external auditor
- Prepare Monthly Reports (P&L, BS, CF and Management reports).
- Preparing financial statements for external reporting purposes such as tax returns, regulatory filings, and stock offerings
- Monitoring cash flow to ensure that bills are paid on time and that there is enough money available to cover upcoming expenses
- Participating in or leading internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls within an organization’s financial management system
- Conducting research to identify new accounting methods or procedures which could improve efficiency or effectiveness of operations
- Identifying issues with accounting processes or procedures that could lead to future errors or misinterpretations of data- Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and
- procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines. – Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday, and Public Holidays
