Job Descriptions
- Handle full spectrum of financial accounting role
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
- Computation and payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis
- Report on monthly financial statements, payment, cash flow management in a timely manner
- Monitor monthly account reconciliations, journal entry and adjustment
- Manage and arrange the plan in order to fixed assets examination and ground stock taking
- Assist with quarterly producer commission reports, analyzing correcting discrepancies
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal control
- Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing
- Assist with preparation of audit sampling package for internal audits
- Supervision the day-to-day operation of accounting
- Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensures they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time
- Must be able to calculate project costing professionally
- Other projects as assigned and completely assist BOD reports when required
Job Requirements
- Must be between 35-45 years old
- Must be a Graduate (B. Com Degree will be preferred)
- Must have completed LCCI level (I, II, III)
- Must have completed ACCA Part I
- Must be able to use Peachtree Software
- At least (4) years full set accounting experiences.
- Salary will be negotiation 7Lakhs to 10Lakhs depends on experiences.
Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (2:00PM (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
