Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • At least 10 years of experience in Civil engineering and Construction Management is a must
  • Prefer the candidates who have the large scale construction and high-rise experience
  • Preferably well versed in FIDIC form of contracts
  • Good understanding & knowledge of contracts law and its application
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Design Sense
  • Good communication with English language
  • Understanding of all aspect of the construction processes
  • Can travelling if needed
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Possess analytical mindset, independent, self-starter, positive working attitude, takes ownership and a highly responsible individual
  • Strong conceptual, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, communication and technical skills
  • Resourceful problem solver
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Head office location is in the North Dagon and the projects will be in Yangon and other regions as well.
Job Description
  • Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled time, cost, quality and safety aspects
  • Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day to day operations and supervising every phase of the project from start to completion
  • Have to work alongside other engineers and technicians, check & approving designs, negotiating contracts, and executing plans safely and efficiently
  • Coordinates work with other departments or outside entities relating to construction projects and prosecution of the work including issues related to permitting, code compliance, work hours, construction impacts, work schedules, project oversight, and staffing
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, internal team and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects safely
  • Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans
  • Plans, directs, coordinates, and reviews the work of assigned staff; assigns work activities and coordinates schedules, projects, and programs
  • Performing quality control checks on all systems and products
  • Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting
  • Delegating tasks to the teams
  • Monitor projects progress and updating of reports to the senior management
  • Conduct factory visit as and when necessary
  • Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team
  • Provides constructive feedback; reviews and evaluates work and makes constructive suggestions and recommendations. Reviews division resources and requests assignment of staff to work, as needed, to support the needs of each construction project
  • Reviews project documentation such as progress payments, changes, work plans and progress reports; provides input and recommendations on project issues
  • Acknowledging or rewarding good work
  • Assist to senior management in finding the potential projects and tendering
  • Perform the Ad hoc tasks which assigned by the Management as necessarily
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
