Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Com/CPA Only.
  • Fluency in English 4 Skills.
  • 10 years of working experience in various industries in both Local & Overseas.
  • Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
  • Good communication skills and personal skills.
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills

Job Description

  • Oversee the operations of the finance department
  • Maintain the financial health of the organization.
  • Setup and maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
  • Track performance against annual budget for different departments and branches of the company.
  • Manage of finance/account procedures, stock inventory methods, cash flow process.
  • Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
  • Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
  • Prepares and timely submits tax and other statutory reports to the tax and other competent authorities
  • Liaises with bankers, auditors, lawyers and tax authorities.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday and Sunday, Public Holidays
