- Bachelor of Civil or Architectural or Any graduate.
- At Least 5 Years of Working Experience including Interior Decoration
- Strong Attention to Detail and Maintain Company Quality Standards
- Ability to Create Multiple Design Solutions
- Can work under pressure
Job Descriptions
- Chief အနေနှင့် Project အားလုံး၏ Design Concept, Drawing များကို စီမံ ခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်
- Project များ kick off ဖြစ်လျင် Design Coordination တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ အချိန်နှင့် အလိုက် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်
- မိမိလိုချင်သော Design Detail နှင့် Requirement များကို Site Engineer များထံသို့ သေချာ ရှင်းပြ Communicate လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်
- Strong Design Sense ရှိပြီ CLIENT နှင့်သော်လည်းကောင်း Site Engineer, QS များဖြင့်သော လည်းကောင်း
- Information ကို ပြည့်စုံအောင် Communicate လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်
- မိမိလက်အောက်ရှိ DESIGNER များ၏ Project များကို အမှားအယွင်းမရှိအောင် Detail ကျကျ စိစစ်နိုင်ရမည်
- Design Team မှထွက်လာသော Drawing အားလုံးအတွက် တာ၀န်ယူနိုင်ရပါမည်
- Management မှ Detail ညွန်ကြားစရာမလိုပဲ ကိုယ်တိုင် Project များကို Manage လုပ်နိုင်ရပါမည်
- Attention to Detail နှင့် Communication အထူးကောင်းမွန်သော သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်.
- အရည်အချင်းပေါ်မူတည်ပီး လစာ ( ၈သိန်းမှ ၁၀သိန်းကြား) ညှိ့နှိုင်းပေးပါသည်။
Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
