• B Tech or BE (Civil).
• Experience minimum 3 years in Resident project field.
• Computer literacy skills (Auto CAD, MS Word & Excel).
• Willing to work in renovation & decoration site.
• High motivation, negotiation and can work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills & communication skills.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: A day per week
