Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, law, banking or a related field;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the securities industry or legal, compliance, finance, auditing or equivalent is desired.
- Have analyzing information, coordination, administrative writing skills, organizational skills, audit and critical thinking.
- Strong knowledge AML/ CFTs and risk management, numerical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Being able to completed assigned tasks with quality and timely manner as per Annual Compliance Plan.
- Assure the Company is full compliance with all regulatory and company requirement.
Being supportive to team members and colleagues.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the organization’s compliance program.
- Investigating and resolving compliance issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Providing training and education to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in regulations and laws that affect the organization’s operations.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders.
- Conducting audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities and reporting to senior management or the board of directors as needed.
- In addition to these duties, a compliance officer must possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage compliance issues and interact with various stakeholders. They must also be able to work independently and make decisions that align with the organization’s goals and values.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
