Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor degree.
- At least 2 years experiences as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, Accountant or similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures.
- Experience with accounting software, like ERP
- Computer literacy, MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
Job Descriptions
- Collecting cost data from suppliers to track F&B costs.
- Records & supervise daily internal inventory transfer, received and issued.
- Records daily productions for food preparation and beverage sales.
- Records daily usage of raw inventory month end stock taking, closing stock valuation for different Inventory sites.
- Calculate standard recipe usage and update inventory valuation changes.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
- Preparing (monthly, quarterly and annual) reports to management regarding costs and expenses.
- Correspond with suppliers and respond to inquiries for purchasing.
- Assisting in month-end and year-end closing and stock taking.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays : Sunday, Public Holidays
