Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Age between 22 to 27 years old.
- At least 2 years customer service experience in Logistics & Shipping Industry.
- Able to use email as well as Microsoft excel, word.
- Good at Myanmar & English Typing.
- Able to communicate/written English and Myanmar Language.
- Good communication skill.
Job Descriptions
- To create and release booking in system.
- To check and connection Arrangement by trade.
- To manage correct pod giving load plan.
- To support customer requirements for booking.
- Must be handle customer complain and closely follow up with customer/internal.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
