Job Requirements

  • High quality written and verbal English communication skills
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Logistics or in equivalent field of studies
  • Has at least 2 or 3 above of relevant working experience in Shipping (Freight Forwarding) organization while Logistics Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application, especially MS Excel.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receiving of job orders and prepare all documents required for submission based on the job information and requirements provided by the customer.
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Resolving customer complaints, managing database records
  • Preparing all documents necessary for importing or exporting goods
  • Validating and confirming all ocean/air shipment bookings
  • Managing shipments from origin to destination to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Building customer relationships and providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Manage daily emails/phone calls from customers
  • Direct customer questions/concerns to the correct department for handling and respond with an answer to the customer
  • Use daily customer service report to make sure all release requirements have been met before containers arrive at the final destination
  • All documentation procedures to be followed up (starting from securing S/I to final handover of B/L)
  • Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
  • Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
  • Provide quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.

Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
