  • Any graduate from university with a relevant customer service training certificate.
  • Applicants should have 2 to 3year experience in customer service.
  • Ability to communicate with English & Chinese.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office & Excel very well.
  • Good verbal & Written communication skills, presentation skills, decision-making skills & Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.



  • Handle customer’s inquiries and complaints.
  • Sharing information to customers, receiving and collection information from customers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments.
  • Monthly report to Sales and Marketing Manager & MD.
  • Meeting arrangement with locators & respective internal departments.
  • Prepare individual goals and action plans.
  • Ability to work with team setting.


Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
