Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Telecommunication and Engineering background knowledge is preferable)
  • Strong ability to deal with customer complaints • Proficient in MS office word, excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have experience with customer support
  • Good command of English (Thai Language preferable)
  • Willing to learn and improve one’s skill
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the customer service field
  • Can work 24/7 shifts and under pressure.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our services so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Follow up all complaints until customers get good services and are satisfied.

Working Hours: Two Shifts
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
