Job Description

  • To check the daily Premium Lounge Reservation and prepare necessary documents in advance before passengers arrive.
  • To coordinate with Lounge Duty Manager or Supervisor for daily manpower assignment, food and beverage set up, cleaning of the lounge area both inside and outside at the Premium Lounge.
  • To make sure one service staff is standing outside to welcome the passengers arriving at the pickup /drop points.
  • Personalize welcoming and assisting premium passengers as per service level agreement.
  • Coordinate with airlines for quick passengers check in process.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for passengers screening and documentation clearance process quick and smooth. Any documents which can be prepared in advance must be finished before passengers arrive at the lounge.
  • Make sure all safety and security procedures are followed exactly whatsoever.
  • Corporate with F&B Manager, Duty Manager for day to day operations.
  • Collect customer feedback and analyze the data for additional improvement.
  • Report and discuss with the operation manager to implement and improve customer service strategies.
  • Need to assist in other operation management as per operation requirements.


  • Must have previous experience in airlines relative field.
  • Must have strong knowledge in passenger handling, baggage handling etc,
  • English or more languages must be professional.
  • Age must be between 26 to 35.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in related field.
  • Any Bachelor Degree, or Diploma required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, problems-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer service
  • Must know how to work together with a team as per organization flow instead of previous experience, age or qualifications.

Working Hours: 8 Hours per day. (Shift Rotate)
Holidays: One day per week
