Key Functions
  • Deal with customer and provide for business development.
  • Handle all assigned tasks & relationship with potential customers.
Job Responsibilities
  • Negotiate & follow up with customer, vendor and in-house operation teams.
  • Handling and transferring the complaint and issues from the customer.
  • Respond email and keep in touch with customers on other social media platforms on time the updated status of customers inquiries and shipments.
  • Follow up and report job completion status to each customer for each shipment via email and other social media platforms.
  • Follow up the overdue payment with customer.
  • Participate in team collaboration and support to the team.
  • Performing related ad-hoc duties if needed.
Skills & Requirements


  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft office.
  • Must have customer service mindset.
  • Must have over one-year experience in export, import customer service field.
  • Any graduate and preferable to have diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Gazette Holidays
